We provide occupational therapy and craniosacral fascial therapy services Columbus, Ohio. We offer in-clinic sessions in Bexley, OH or home visits by request in the Greater Columbus area subject to a travel fee depending on location.

We are an out-of-network provider for all major insurance companies. We require payment at time of service. We will provide a superbill upon request with all the necessary information to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement is subject to each individual’s insurance plan and does not guarantee payment in full. We recommend verifying your out-of-network coverage for occupational therapy services if reimbursement is desired. We accept all major credit/debit cards, check, or HSA/FSA cards for payment.

Via direct access in Ohio, a doctor’s referral is not required for occupational therapy services. Some insurance companies may require a doctor’s referral for reimbursement. We are happy to request a referral from your child’s doctor as well as communicate with them throughout our treatment plan to keep them updated on progress.

We provide customized, personalized care plans for each client based on their individual needs and goals. A free consultation will allow you to learn more about our services and schedule a comprehensive evaluation, if desired. At the evaluation, a full medical history will be gathered as well as assessment of your child to determine therapeutic goals. We will then come up with a plan for follow up treatment based on what makes sense for your child and your family. A variety of techniques and strategies can be used to achieve your desired outcomes based on Dr. Sheridan’s background and training.

All sessions allow up to a full hour to ensure ample time for hands-on therapy, education, and questions.

As a small business that operates by reserving your appointment time solely for you, we kindly request that if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, you contact us at least 24 hours ahead of time so we have the opportunity to offer that time slot to someone else. Appointments cancelled between 24 hours and 1 hour before appointment start time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment type scheduled. Cancellations within 1 hour of appointment start time or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
